**Any and all rules are subject to change**

1. Age Requirement: Players must be 18 or older. No characters should be portrayed as minors.

2. Adherence to Twitch Terms of Service: All players must comply with Twitch TOS at all times. Many of the people in this server stream while in the city, please respect it.

3. Communication: Players must have a working microphone and communicate in English.

*Example: Use voice chat to interact during roleplay senarios.*

4. Roleplay Integrity: Always stay in character, respecting others' roleplay experiences. *Example: If someone breaks character, do not follow suit. *

5. Respect and Decorum: Disrespect in-character is allowed; disrespect out-of-character is not. *Example: Insults are fine within a roleplay scenario but not outside it.*

6. Prohibited Behavior: No racism, sexism, hate speech, or harassment. *Example: Offensive slurs are strictly banned. *

7. Griefing and Shitlording: Engaging in nonsensical or disruptive behavior is not allowed. *Example: Causing chaos in public spaces without a roleplay reason. *

8. Sensitive Roleplay Themes: Themes like terrorism and suicide require staff approval. *Example: Planning a roleplay that involves heavy themes must be pre-approved. *

9. Erotic Roleplay: All participants must consent. *Example: Any scenario deemed erotic needs explicit agreement from all involved.*

10. Character Names: Must be realistic, avoiding joke names unless cleverly done.

11. Gameplay Integrity: No random violence without roleplay interaction (RDM), and no vehicular assaults without context (VDM). *Example: Do not attack another player without a narrative reason. *

12. New Life Rule (NLR): Characters forget events leading to their incapacitation. *Example: After revival, do not return to the scene of your character’s death to seek revenge. *

There will be 3 Stages to the NLR

     {{   -Stage 1 - On your side - If you are downed, and put on your side, and are still able to talk/crawl and you are given medical treatment before you bleed out completely, you can remember the details of your incident.

        -Stage 2 -On your back - If you are downed and then put “on your back” (bled out) and are given medical treatment you can remember very minimal details of the events leading up to your incident. 

         -Stage 3 -Seeing the light- If you are downed and bleed out completely and are not given medical attention, you are NOT able to remember any details that lead up to your incident. }}

13. Value of Life: Characters must act in fear of their lives when threatened. *Example: Surrender or flee when faced with overwhelming force. *

14. Combat Logging Prohibited: Exiting the game to avoid roleplay consequences is banned. *Example: Do not disconnect during a police chase or a shootout. *

15. Meta Gaming: Using out-of-game information in-game is forbidden. This includes Discord, streams, or any form out-of-character communication. *Example: Using information from a stream to learn something about another character. *

16. Power Gaming: Forcing actions on other players without chance for roleplay response is prohibited. This includes utilizing gameplay exploits to your advantage in scenes. *Example: Hiding in a house that uses a shell knowing you can’t be accessed by the other player. *

17. Police Baiting: Intentionally provoking law enforcement to initiate a pursuit or response without substantive roleplay reasons is prohibited. Example: Repeatedly speeding past police or firing shots near them purely to elicit a chase.

18. Character Farming: Sharing assets between characters owned by the same player is prohibited. Each character must operate independently in terms of financial and resource gains. Example: Transferring money or property from one of your characters to another to consolidate power or wealth is not allowed.

19. Stream Sniping: Watching another player's live stream to gain in-game advantages over them is strictly prohibited. Example: Using a player’s stream to locate their character in the game for any confrontational or competitive purpose.

20. Gameplay Exploitation: Taking advantage of game mechanics or bugs to gain an unfair edge is forbidden. Example: Using glitches for duplicating items or manipulating character stats.
